Potstickers and a bowl of dipping sauce

Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce

This dipping sauce is so versatile. It can be a dipping sauce for potstickers, a marinade for meats or even a tasty vinaigrette for a green salad with cucumbers, peppers and cold noodles. What’s more is it all comes together in a jar and can be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks.
